This article reviews Prime III, an open-source multi-modal electronic voting system that grants equal access, privacy, and secure voting for people with disabilities without the assistance of others. It allows users to hear or see candidate names while they cast their vote using their voice, touch, sip/puff, as well as receive a printed voting record. Using a the same system as those without disabilities allow a more streamlined process.
