The authors determined the voting needs of injured military personal since they still face hardships to voting privately and independently. Many barriers exist (voting technology, ballot design, and inaccessible polling places) may prevent them from registering and voting in elections. Improvements in technology and support services can make voting more accessible. Recommended practical and efficient ways to improve voting technologies and election administration practices to assist them in voting were incorporated.
